Clinch-Powell Deputy Executive Director, Sabrina Seamon, and Counseling Program Manager, Susan Eribarne, attended the Tennessee Housing Conference this week hosted by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA). Clinch-Powell has been a longtime partner with THDA, the state housing finance agency. This year several of Clinch-Powell’s programs were featured at the conference. THDA highlighted Clinch-Powell’s use of the Tennessee Renovation Loan Program to assist lower income homeowners with necessary home repairs in Hancock County and also featured our HomeAble program as an example of the “possibility of what HOME program funds can do in affordable housing”. Clinch-Powell is extremely grateful for partnerships with organizations like THDA, and we are very proud of the contribution we have been able to make to the lives of those we work with through these joint efforts.
