“This is the greatest news I could have ever gotten. This is like Christmas, Mothers’ Day, birthday and New Years. Everything rolled up into one.” This sweet lady is so excited to be signing a sales contract on the home she will be purchasing through Clinch-Powell’s Homeownership Made Easy Program. She worked hard to build credit, taking advantage of Clinch-Powell’s homeownership counseling services, and now, with affordable financing provided through USDA Rural Development made possible by Fahe, she is loan ready. Clinch-Powell will use federal HOME grant dollars funded through the Tennessee Housing Development Agency to make sure the home is move in ready with necessary repairs and updates on systems.
