Clinch-Powell Staff visited with TN political leaders in D.C.

On April 25 and 26, members of the Fahe TN Caucus visited with several of our Congressional members and Senators while attending the 2023 Fahe Spring Retreat in Washington D.C. Caucus members advocated for communities in Districts 1, 2 and 6. We discussed the current housing shortage as well as possible solutions to income guideline disparities that many of our rural neighbors are experiencing.

Pictured here, from left to right, are TN Caucus members after a very productive meeting with Congressman Tim Burchett's office: Chris Osborn (HomeSource East Tennessee), Hollan Kasper (Oak Ridge Housing Authority), Emily Chase (Kingsport Housing & Redevelopment Authority), Stace Karge and Rebecca Dillow (Clinch-Powell RC&D), Jackie Mayo (HomeSource East Tennessee), Noah Hooton (Congressman Tim Burchett's office) and Bobby Eason (Blount County Habitat for Humanity).
