On April 7 we lost a dear friend when Douglas Price passed away. He was a founding board member of Clinch-Powell, serving for many years in the development of the organization. We will remember Doug for his laughter, his clarity and insight into the machinations of local politics and teaching us how to get things done. He was a strong leader in the early days of this organization. A key to our success is because our board of directors have always focused on the good of the region over individual communities and Doug was a leader and role model in that effort. Thank you Doug, your work marches on.
