On Thursday, July 13, 2023, Clinch-Powell participated in the Ballad Health Strong Starts Conference at the Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, TN. The audience consisted of over 30 of the Ballad Health Community Health Navigators who work at various Ballad clinics that serve families with young children between the ages of 0 to 5 years old. The Navigators received information from seven partner organizations that serve East TN and Southwest VA in the Ballad footprint. The resource information that was shared ranged from free diapers to create mortgage loan programs and everything in between that a struggling family could use to provide strong starts for their children.
