The Exchange is a shared community space designed to support entrepreneurs, remote workers, small businesses, and local organizations through flexible workspace, training, and event-ready facilities. Whether you’re building a business, hosting a workshop, meeting with a client, or launching a pop-up, The Exchange provides a welcoming place to make it happen.

Need a place to focus, take calls, or get out of the house for a few hours? The Exchange offers a professional, friendly space for individuals and small teams, perfect for hybrid professionals, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and creatives.

Office Space INTRODUCTORY RATES:

Unlimited Co-working – $75/month

Access to shared amenities, Member discounts for other rental spaces

Private Office – $200/month

Full access to amenities, Member discounts for other rental spaces

Our training and meeting rooms are built for flexibility — supporting classroom-style learning, group discussion, and professional presentations. Meeting rooms include access to Wifi, and our large meeting room includes two large flatscreen TVs with presentation capabilities.

Small Meeting Room (seats up to 6) INTRODUCTORY RATES:

  • $20/hour
  • $80/half day
  • $160/full day

Large Meeting Room (seats up to 40) INTRODUCTORY RATES:

  • $35/hour
  • 4 hr minimum/$100 refundable deposit
  • Revenue sharing options for reduced rental rate

From small gatherings or recurring meetings to birthday celebrations and private events, Underground at the Exchange provides a clean, flexible venue that can be configured for different needs.

Underground at the Exchange INTRODUCTORY RATES for party rental:

  • $25/hour for private party rental ($150 deposit, 4 hour minimum)

Underground at the Exchange is a separate flexible space in the lower level of the building. Designed for pop-ups and special events, the open floor plan is ideal for weekend pop-up shops, vendor events, and recurring weekly classes (such as yoga or dance).

Underground at the Exchange INTRODUCTORY RATES:

    • $50/hour for recurring meetings, classes, or workshops (discounts for more than 3 hours/week)
    • $200/weekend (for pop-ups, markets, larger community events)
  • Discounts for multiple/recurring bookings

The Exchange connects people to the tools and support they need to move forward — from “I have an idea” to “I’m ready to grow.” Through direct services and/or partnerships the Exchange can support your business goals and needs.
