The Cumberland Forest Community Fund supports public and private projects in the region that demonstrate a triple focus on
- Local economic development;
- Increased community capacity; AND
- Enhanced environmental quality.
Since 2021, Clinch-Powell has awarded $154,000 in Cumberland Forest funding to support 11 projects in Claiborne, Campbell, Union, and Grainger counties. Awardees include state parks, land trusts, outfitters, local government, non-profits, and cross-industry partnerships. Future funding opportunities will be announced as they become available.
