As part of WATE 6 On Your Side’s coverage of all things Grainger County during the 33^rd annual Grainger County Tomato Festival, Multimedia Journalist Kayla Precht toured Clinch-Powell’s Downtown Rutledge properties and spoke with Clinch-Powell CEO Lindy Turner to learn about ongoing efforts to assist with revitalization of the area.

Turner spoke about Clinch-Powell’s history of helping to revitalize communities across the region since 1989 and the current “Dream for Downtown,” including ongoing work to restore underutilized properties in the downtown area to help bring more business and community activity to the town.
