NASHVILLE – Clinch-Powell RC&D has been awarded as a Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) 2026 Top Producer in Homebuyer Education.The award was presented to Clinch-Powell Counseling & Client Development Manager Susan Eribarne and Housing Counselor/Outreach Coordinator Elizabeth Grisham during the THDA 2026 Housing Symposium held Monday and Tuesday, July 13 and 14, in Nashville.

Clinch-Powell’s homebuyer education program served 204 households in the last year, helping families and individuals of all income levels with achieving their dream of homeownership. The homebuyer education program, financial counseling and home loans administered by Clinch-Powell are available statewide.
