After receiving the Vicky George Award for Housing Counseling Excellence in 2022, Clinch-Powell’s senior housing counselor, Suzie Eribarne, has served on THDA’s Homebuyer Education Advisory Board for three years, lending her expertise from a seasoned counselor’s perspective. She was honored for her service with the Housing Education Resource Team (HERT) at the end of year appreciation lunch hosted by THDA on November 20. We are proud to have Suzie on our team as a part of the “secret sauce” that makes Clinch-Powell special.

We also recognize the importance of sharing knowledge and experience with our peer organizations and taking any opportunity we can to continue learning from other industry leaders. Overcoming housing obstacles and finding solutions for homebuyers is the big picture we are all working toward!
