We’re celebrating a big win for our team! Suzie and Liz, two of our dedicated housing counselors, have been recognized as 5-Star Counselors by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) Homebuyer Education Initiative Team.

This recognition comes after THDA surveyed participants from across the state who had completed the Homebuyer Education Program. Clinch-Powell was one of only six agencies in Tennessee to receive a 5-star overall rating—a true testament to the hard work and dedication of our counselors.
