As an Energy Star Certified Builder, we construct quality homes and can provide readily available low-interest financing backed by lenders you can trust.

Our new construction homes meet:

Because our homes are built to such high standards, homeowners’ utility costs are reduced by 25-40% compared to a standard home. Imagine a winter time $125.00 electric bill when it is cold and snowy for weeks!

Our homes are built by our partner Clinch-Powell Construction Company.

We can build on individual lots, and we have several developing communities. For any of our communities, you also have the option of purchasing an empty lot to develop in the future.

Home Repair

If you own your home and need to make repairs or accessibility updates, we can help! Clinch-Powell can assist you with financing these repairs through one of our repair loan programs. The programs can be used to make non-cosmetic repairs that will weatherize your home and lower utility cost, repair structural issues, or provide updates to the home in order to improve accessibility to a resident with one or more disability.

This program through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati is available once per year on a first come, first served basis. We take applications in the Spring and notify homeowners of approvals in June of each year.

  • Up to $7500
  • Forgiveable as long as owner lives in house for five years following loan

  • Special needs or elderly (60 years old or older)
  • Accessibility and/or emergency repairs
  • Income eligibility applies that varies with county
