Clinch-Powell still has Emergency Solutions Grant funds available through early summer 2022. The purpose of the Emergency Solutions Grant is to prevent homelessness and rapidly rehouse those who are experiencing homelessness or have been served a legal eviction notice by covering the direct costs paid to landlords. While receiving temporary assistance, recipients must meet monthly with a Clinch-Powell Financial Coach to stabilize their budget, locate community resources, understand the responsibilities of tenancy, and receive employment coaching. Interested landlords, and those in need, are encouraged to contact samantha@clinchpowell.net as soon as possible as funds are limited.
