Clinch-Powell is busy building and rehabbing homes! We've broken ground on three of four brand new homes in the Joppa Community in Rutledge, TN (pictured here). We're also starting two rehab projects on homes in Talbott and Morristown, TN. Plus, there's another two rehab projects that are almost complete in Morristown and Tazewell, TN. And, last, but certainly not least, we're in the planning phase of building a lovely new home in Hawkins County, TN.
Why is this important?
Because we understand that the shortage of safe, healthy and affordable homes, whether to rent or buy, is very real here in East TN and we are focused on being part of the solution.
